The owner writes, "My boat was garaged and unused for fifteen years in Phoenix, AZ.  I purchased it in August 2009.  

It is still stored indoors every winter and was docked at a freshwater slip for only a few summers.  The boat hasn’t been back in the water since September 2014.

The hull has never been bottom painted or sailed in salt water.  

The dry cabin storage also holds the life jackets, boat hook, bilge pump, hand held radio, flares, and the main & jib & spinnaker sails in good condition with bags."
